Lloyd and Jessie met at church! He was persistent, she wasn’t interested (but knew she loved his heart) and thought he was just a ”friend”… until her bff pointed out that friends don’t make coffee tables for just friends. ;)

They spent the weekend hanging out at Sunwolf Cabins in Squamish. With their family in town from all over North America, it was the perfect spot for not only their wedding festivities, but for their vision of an intimate+adventure filled wedding weekend.

Raincouver gave their out of town guests a good ol’ welcome with POURING rain Friday. They did a quick change and put up a tent for their forest ceremony. Saturday (their wedding day) the weather was all over the place (rain, sun, rain oh my!) but it was such a beautiful day regardless for these newlyweds. From their heartfelt vows, to the hand-made cross, to including Lloyd’s addiction to donuts as their dessert, their day was so laid-back + personal. Sidenote: this venue is a dream.

Fun fact: Lloyd and I have been friends since grade 8. Well, he’s actually more like a brother with the teasing, countless sports games, and terrible movies I’ve had to watch with him. ???? Seeing him love Jessie is just the sweetest thing. Jessie is such a gem. Her fun, thoughtful, and caring personality won Lloyd over quickly (and all of us too ;)). Guys, it was such an honor and so special to be a part of your day. Pumped for you guys to join the ”married club”. Congratulations Lloyd+Jessie!! Love you guys.
