We bumped into each other at the airport at 3am. With her wedding dress over her shoulder and matching bride+groom luggage tags on her adorable Kate Spade carry on, they were handed their boarding passes and made their way through security.
These guys are thebomb.com. One of my favourite parts about a destination wedding is getting to know the guests that have travelled to celebrate with the couple. To have 60+ people there to celebrate with you in Cabo is not only a testament to how wholehearted Ashley+Nathan are, but the incredible community they have surrounded themselves with too.
That was my favourite part. Not just being there for Ashley+Nathan’s destination wedding, but joining in on the adventure. Chatting over pina coladas poolside. Adventuring into town with their guests to explore local spots. Doing the macarana on a catameran on the last day with guests. Getting attacked by waves on the most gorgeous beaches ever with their bridal party.
It is so crazy to think that only a few months ago I was meeting Nathan for the first time (Ashley for the second) at their sunrise engagement session. Feeling so blessed not only to be able to do what I love for my job, but to meet lifelong friends in the process.
These ladies are amazing! Pretty sure Ashley held auditions for her bridesmaids… just saying! Also, how adorable are these shirts they had made for her bachelorette??? Love.
On Monday we planned to go ”location scouting” for Ashley+Nathan’s wedding the next day, but it turned into an awesome day exploring with new friends.
Friday. We loaded on a catamaran for a day filled with sun, snorkling, dancing, and whale watching.
Thanks for being so welcoming guys!! xoxx
