One of the things that I love about being a photographer is the incredible community that I am so fortunate to be a part of. Upon searching for a company to host my website through, I kept hearing over and over again how amazing Showit is. Now, what is Showit you may ask?? Showit is a photographers dream. It is a fully customizable software/website company that allows me to update and change my website without needing a web designer or having to know all the super fun HTML codes. ;) Huge time saver! I had researched and researched and I was so torn as to what I should do. One of the risks I decided to take in 2012 was invest in Showit. It was a big change, but one that I knew almost instantly was a great decision. To have a such a welcoming, encouraging group of friends that all share the common interest of photography is phenomenal. I love it. I am so excited to call myself a ”showiteer” and be a part of it. Yesterday a packaged arrived… a Christmas gift from the showiteer secret Santa gift exchange. (PS. Have I mentioned how much I love getting mail??? Well… not bills of course :)) Huge THANK YOU to my showiteer secret Santa for the Christmas present! I am looking forward to writing while warming up with an earl grey tea in the near future. :)
