Back in the summer I found my list of goals for 2012. I was astounded as I read through each and every one realizing how real and genuine they were. I remember writing them. Adding to them. Wishing. Dreaming. Thinking how AMAZING it would be when— (fill in the blank). Guess what?? I did them. Yup. Me too. Surprised. Humbled. Proud. Excited. I accomplished each and every one of my goals for 2012.

Now… Flash forward to December and January. As I sat down to write my goals and dreams for 2013, I spent a lot of time thinking; praying. One thing I realized was they were almost ALL business related. The equipment I wanted to save up for, the website I wanted to have, the number of weddings I wanted to shoot. You name it.

So. Here is my list. A list to push myself. To guide me… and to remember what is really important for me this year. It is a list to remind myself to LIVE. A list to remind myself to dream, challenge myself, and push on. A list to remember to value the simple things in life.

1. Read through the bible. Cover to cover. This one may take longer but I want to do it faithfully and absorb everything.

2. Be featured in a printed magazine

3. Get involved in a missions organization

4. Start a journal

5. Write a letter to myself

6. Serve

7. Get in my car and drive. Anywhere; everywhere. Road trip without a plan.

8. Be spontaneous

9. Go to United 2013

10. Attend WPPI 2013

11. Travel

12. Learn

13. Try something new

14. Capture amazing brides and grooms who decided on forever

15. Serve on a missions team

16. Listen

17. Be thankful

18. Live a healthy lifestyle

19. Dream

20. Show love. Family. Friends. People. Clients. For these are the things that truly matter.

21. Do it. Jump. Dream. Take risks. Live without fear.
