This day was amazing.

Madi and Brad… “met at church community group in 2016 (so cliche), and he asked me out after a bit of chasing me down”. For their first date, they went out for sushi and the batting cages at Castle Fun Park, where they immediately hit it off, and knew that they had found something special. Fast forward to the fall of 2018 where Brad proposed overlooking the most beautiful mountain landscape. After pouring his heart out and getting down on one knee, he asked, “Will you marry me?” to which Madison joyfully answered, “Oh ya!”.

I spent the morning with the girls, and Dustin quickly met up with the guys before they had to head out. I walked in to Brittany rocking their makeup, half the ladies chilling on the couch with Jane the Virgin playing in the background, and Madi’s parents wedding album out on the table. It was so relaxing and special.

We headed to derby reach for their first look + letter exchange. It was such a sweet and special moment and I loved how they fully took it in and didn’t rush it. It was like there was no one else watching. After, we threw on the lovey-dovey country playlist while documenting this beauty of a couple. The limo driver got a bit lost with the bridal party, so we had so much time with the two of them which was the bessstttt. Their crew was AMAZING. Like seriously. We had a blast, especially when Shania Twain came on.

After, we headed to Roddick’s Barn where they had their beautiful barn wedding. I loved all the personal details M+B included, from Madi painting the invitation design herself, to their uncle officiating their wedding, to their siblings writing a song during the reception. It was such a beautiful day.
