They said their vows on the dock of her family cabin, out on a secluded island in Harrison. With their closest loved ones in attendance, these two got married and let me tell ya, there wasn’t a dry eye in sight.

Almira+Derek planned to get married in Mexico, but when Covid-19 happened, they decided to change plans and have an intimate elopement ceremony at a place that was sentimental to them.

I photographed Mike+Kali’s (Almira’s sister) wedding in Cancun a few years back, so it was so special to celebrate with their family again and be a part of their intimate wedding.
