Hey guys, this is Kate. You may remember, back in December I gave away a few of my favorite things. At the end, I gave the gift of a free portrait session; a thank you for another incredible year. Kate was the winner of the portrait session.

Kate is such a sweetheart. We ended up having a wonderful afternoon going for a ”photo walk” in Fort Langley with a warm coffee from Wendel’s in hand. :) Kate loves photography as well, so it was so fun to be able to capture her… on the other side of the lens. Let me tell ya. I was blown away by this girl. Her positive attitude and outlook on life is phenomenal. Such an inspiration.

PS. I just found a song. Gavin DeGraw+Colbie Caillat. Greatest combination ever. I know I have said this before… but I LOVE it when they sing together. This is a duet for the new movie ”Safe Haven” (based on the book by Nicholas Sparks) coming out in February. Extra goodness. Anyways…. I. Am. In. LOVE. Can’t wait.
